Cosmetic
- Paint/Body: Arrow straight body with no rust. Newer paint shines up great and shows well. Bumpers are in good original condition with just a touch of tiny pitting in a few spots.
- Interior: All new door panels, seat upholstery, and carpet was done during restoration. Nice wood grain dash, has some minor pealing near the glove box (easy fix).
- Glass/Windows: All glass is in great shape. Windows roll up and down easily. weatherstripping was replaced after new paint.
- Trunk/Bed: Clean trunk space with older spare tire. A few scratches from installing the new gas tank. Spare wheel well is solid and rust free.
- Undercarriage: Incredible floor pans, zero rust (see the video for undercarriage inspection.
- Wheels/Tires: Porsche wheels with new tires in 2023.
Mechanical
- Drivetrain: the 1600cc engine was said to have been rebuilt. It starts easily and runs strong. The 4 speed transmission shifts easily and smoothly through all the gears. This car drives straight down the road and has plenty of power. Seems to have the freeway-flyer rear end as it cruises at high speed with low rpm.
- Lights/Electrical: All of the lights work as they should. The AC is all present but may need a new dryer and a service. blower blows on all 3 speeds.
- Brakes: Disc brakes, I said in the video the brake pulled to the right a little, but by the end of my drive the brakes were stopping straight and strong.
