Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1985 Toyota Land Cruiser,
finished in beige over a brown interior. This FJ60 was bought new
in Longmont, Colorado but spent the majority of its life in
Huntsville, Alabama, before coming to Georgia under present
ownership since 2021. The CarFax is accident free and shows
extensive maintenance throughout this truck's life. Most notably,
it got a rebuilt engine and a new clutch last summer.
This Land Cruiser was repainted in its original color of Beige
about 15 years ago and still looks good. Trim is in good shape and
all the glass is original. There are a few minor rust bubbles here
and there on the body but the floor pans, rockers, frame, inner
wheel arches, etc are quite solid. New OEM Toyota wheels and
hubcaps were installed a few years ago and wear a nice set of
33-inch BF Goodrich All Terrains with 2022 date codes. An Old Man
Emu two-inch suspension lift provides just the right stance.
The interior is outfitted with newer carpet, full vinyl upholstery
with matching door cards, and a new headliner and sun visors. All
gauges and lights are working properly. Additional amenities
include an aftermarket stereo and WeatherTech floor mats.
A rebuilt 2F engine (along with a new clutch and new belts and
hoses) was installed in June 2025 just over 1,000 miles ago at an
expense of over $18,000. Further maintenance under prior ownership
consisted of a complete tune up, new thermostat, plus brake pads
and rotors. This FJ60 runs and drives well, and with a fresh engine
is ready for the next 160k miles. Included with the sale are the
factory tool roll, owner's literature, and original work light.
