1970 Volkswagen Squareback - Custom Old-School Build This 1970 VW
Squareback is a cool, old-school custom that runs and fires right
up, even with old fuel. According to the previous owner, it's
powered by a 2110cc engine paired with a Freeway Flyer
transmission. The drivetrain is said to have low miles. The car
features dual Weber carburetors, disc brakes, an EMPI shifter,
remote fuel filter, and custom wheels. It has a custom aftermarket
dash that can be easily removed, though there are some electrical
quirks likely related to the dash. A custom stereo system with
multiple speakers and a Rockford Fosgate amplifier under the rear
seat is installed. The interior is in nice condition overall,
including the headliner, though the carpet needs cleaning and the
door panels are warped. The exterior has older paint with some
bondo cracking, nice glass, and minor rust in the driver door
caused by a plugged drain; otherwise, the car appears solid. The
Squareback is currently non-operational (Non-Op) but comes with a
clean title. It can be enjoyed as-is as a unique driver or taken
further into a standout build. A great base with a strong
drivetrain and lots of character. Important Information - Please
