This 1958 Chevrolet Corvette custom convertible is powered by a
Chevrolet LS1 V8 engine rated at 350hp, paired with a 6-speed
manual transmission. It was built by Advanced Automotive
Technologies of Rochester Hills, MI, under the direction of former
GM designer Steve Pasteiner. The restored body retains its original
character with subtle refinements and is finished in Signet Red
with white side coves and sits on period-style 16-inch kidney-bean
wheels fitted with Goodyear radial tires. The car is constructed on
a bespoke chassis and features four-wheel independent suspension
and disc brakes at all four corners. The interior blends original
design elements with modern updates and includes custom red leather
seating, a bespoke center console, a retro-modern stereo system and
modern instrumentation housed within the original dashboard. The
car is equipped with both a soft-top and a removable hardtop.
