1981 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 with T-Tops. A well-maintained example
with a low mileage reading of 58,148 miles. It features a classic
T-top roof, original black paint (paint code 19), and a red cloth
interior (trim code 75) with bucket seats and a center console.
Under the hood, it houses a 5.0-liter V8 engine paired with a
4-speed manual transmission, complemented by power steering and
power brakes. The paint has a nice shine with few touch up spots.
The factory air conditioning system requires some repairs to blow
cold air. The car rides on BFGoodrich radial tires mounted on
correct Z28 wheels. The T-top gaskets have been partially replaced,
with new ones included, along with new KYB shocks and the storage
bags for the T-Tops. Recent service work such as a new radiator,
and new rear brake shoes. The engine has recently had major work
done, including a new bottom and top end, head, camshaft, and
carburetor. The interior is in very good condition, and retains
much of its original look except for an aftermarket retro-style
radio. On the road the car handles well with smooth braking
responsive clutch, great rumble, and functional gauges.
