INTRODUCTION: Less than 300 miles showing on the odometer of this
frame off custom build! A supercharged ZO6 motor and a new 10 speed
automatic really beg to be driven, and when you do you're going to
love it! It has sizzle just looking at it, those colors pop!
EXTERIOR: Now that is just beautiful! The body is smooth with no
emblems or antenna for a modern look although it is dressed up with
an SS hood. Painted a rich charcoal gray metallic with a high gloss
clearcoat. All of the chrome, trim, glass and weatherstrips were
replaced. Upgraded HID headlights and real cool sequential LED
taillights. It has a great stance sitting on the 20 inch US Mags
wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport performance tires.
INTERIOR: Wow, the red is outstanding against the charcoal gray
exterior. It's a full custom TMI interior including the seats and
door panels with diamond quilt stitched upholstery. The custom
center console has power window switches, armrest, cup holders and
PCS electronic gear selector. The dash is upgraded with custom HDX
gauges, an electric e-brake switch and Classic Auto Air electric
climate controls. A retro stereo powers the kick panel speakers.
Then there's the Billet Specialties wheel on a tilt column, drive
by wire gas pedal, sound deadener and all new wiring harness.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Bam! This is what separates the men from the
boys: a supercharged LT4 Z06 motor! This 6.2 liter, all aluminum
engine is making 650 horsepower and 650 lbs of torque. It has
coated Hooker exhaust manifolds and a custom cold air intake. A CVF
frontrunner system has billet pulleys, serpentine belt, mini AC
compressor, modern power steering and alternator. It also has a
remote breather with a catch can and a remote reservoir for the
intercooler. It runs cool with a polished aluminum radiator with
dual electric fans. The firewall is smoothed out and the engine bay
is painted slick.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Inside is all clean metal with big wheel tubs.
The gel battery was relocated to the trunk and is secured with a
billet bracket.
UNDERSIDE: It was treated to a complete body off the frame
restoration with upgrades! It now has a red UMI front and rear
suspension which includes tubular control arms, swaybars, rear
frame supports and Viking coilover double adjustable gas shocks.
Custom fabricated tig welded stainless exhaust system sounds great.
Upgraded Wilwood brake system with drilled and slotted discs at all
four wheels, red six piston calipers in front, four piston in, and
an electronic e-brake. All new fuel system is compatible with the
fuel injection. Looking up at the all aluminum motor it has a
Holley oil pan and a high torque starter. The trans is new from GM,
a Supermatic high performance 10 speed with an external oil cooler.
The custom driveshaft leads back to a 12 bolt rear end with 3.73
posi gears and an aluminum girdle cover. All the metal is clean and
smooth, everything's painted fresh and detailed.
