1960 Impala Bubble Top Sport Coupe. Caught between a clean survivor car and a retro-rod, this car is a beautiful, one restoration example, of where Classic meets modern. The body panels are as straight as they come and the paint has a great sheen. All stainless trim and bumpers are all original and have been polished and have just the right amount of character to tell the cars history. Under the hood you will find a GM crate 350 performance, 4 barrel carbureted engine mated to a 350 automatic transmission. To help the engine flow better, the exhaust was upgraded with shorty headers and Spintech oval tube piping with high flow mufflers that dump right before the back tire. In the engine compartment you will find a very detailed engine bay, with up graded 4 core high flow PRC radiator with electric fans and a large condenser for the classic autoair air conditioning system. This Impala is upfitted with 12" Camaro CCP brakes up front along with CCP 2" drop spindles and 4 corner Ride Tech air ride with upgraded Ride tech shocks. It has a full air ride management system with 3 preset levels available, along with a 5 gallon air tank and 3/8" valves for quick response time with lifting and lowering the suspension. Also on each Corner you will see custom built billet wheels made by Bonspeed (8.5" up front and 10" out back) with brushed and cleared centers with a polished hoop and custom made center caps milled and hand painted with the Impala and cross flag logo. Inside you will find a lot of originalities but also some upgrades as well, such as gauges, interior trim, door panels, glass and seating wrapped in black and white houndstooth material. It also has upgraded interior features such as power seats, power windows, power steering and power brakes. The sound system consists of a Retro Sound Bluetooth radio with all JL Audio speakers in the front kick panels along with the front dash and rear seat speaker grills and includes JL audio 6" sub drivers and JL 500 watt amp. LED headlamps and taillamps were also added for improved visibility during late evening or night time cruising.
