289ci V8 engine rated at 271hp, paired with a Toploader 4-speed
manual transmission. As a factory K-code GT, it represents the
highest-performance Mustang configuration offered for 1965 and is
equipped with the GT Equipment Group, which includes front disc
brakes, trumpet-style exhaust, fog lights and GT badging.
Additional factory features include bucket seats, Rally-Pac
instrumentation and chrome-styled steel wheels fitted with dual red
line tires. The car features a two-tone interior with blue carpet
and Ivory deluxe seats. The factory radio and original intake
