2007 Ford Mustang GT Premium For Sale
This 2007 Ford Mustang Roush Roadster is car production #21 of just
100 produced, and uniquely, it is the only example out of all 100
cars built with an automatic transmission. Showing only 5,600 miles
and just two owners (mother, to her daughter) from new, its history
is unusually well documented - it was originally won in a 2007
church raffle, and it comes with the winning ticket, the event
advertisement, the original Ford window sticker, and the official
Roush build sticker confirming its serialized status.
The car started life as a Mustang GT Deluxe Convertible finished in
Satin Silver with a 5-speed automatic transmission and the 4.6L
3-valve V8. From the factory it was equipped with a power
convertible top, power windows and locks, remote keyless entry,
cruise control, and the Shaker 500 AM/FM/6-disc/MP3 audio
system.
Roush then converted it into a Roush Roadster using their
Roadster/Stage 1 package. The car wears the full Roush aerobody kit
with unique front fascia, chin spoiler, hood scoop, side skirts,
rear valance, and rear wing. The factory wheels were replaced with
20-inch forged chrome Roush wheels wrapped in performance tires. A
Roush sport-tuned suspension with lowering springs, revised shocks,
and jounce bumpers gives the car a lower, more purposeful stance
and sharper handling. Inside, it features custom two-tone leather
seating (black top) with Roush logos, a Roush gauge cluster and
white-face gauges, billet aluminum pedal kit, Roush-embroidered
floor mats, and Roadster-specific graphics and interior trim.
Exterior Roush details include the fender badges, windshield
banner, locking lug nuts, and the Roush engine-bay plaque and door
sill plates, all confirming its authenticity as a serialized Roush
build.
With its limited production number, ultra-low mileage, clear
ownership history, and complete documentation - including both the
Ford and Roush paperwork - this Roush Roadster is a well-preserved,
nicely documented example of a special-edition S197
convertible.
