This 1965 Superformance MKIII custom roadster was built to
replicate the original Cobra in geometry, body stamping and
component specification. Power comes from a Ford Racing 360ci V8
engine paired with a manual transmission, with approximately 7,200
miles recorded on the chassis and engine. The car features dual
side exhaust, authentic Cobra badging and raised-white-letter
BFGoodrich tires mounted on original-style spinner wheels. The
exterior wears twin racing stripes consistent with original Cobra
presentation. Interior equipment includes period-correct gauges,
switches, handles, latches, a wood-rim steering wheel and
four-point racing harnesses. The glove compartment cover is
autographed by Carroll Shelby. A convertible top is included and
has not been used. The trunk and cabin components reflect attention
to original detailing and layout. This is a one-owner vehicle that
has been maintained in climate-controlled storage since completion.
