For Sale: 1969 Ford Bronco in Alpharetta, Georgia

Vehicle Description

BEAUTIFUL 1969 FORD BRONCO SPORT, NICELY UPGRADED WITH POWER STEERING, POWER 4 WHEEL DISC BRAKES, REBUILT ORIGINAL 302 V8,MANUAL 3-SPEED ON COLUMN, OLDER PAINT JOB ON RUST FREE BODY….READY TO DRIVE AND ENJOY!

This Classic 1969 Ford Bronco Sport is a great find and has lived a great life starting in Colorado and then California. As a result the body is extremely solid with no rust issues and the entire drivetrain has been rebuilt and upgraded under the care of the previous owner who owned it for 8 years. I have documentation to all the work done including the engine rebuild.

I will do my best to provide enough pics, a video so you can hear it running, and an honest description to help you decide if this Maroon beauty should be in your garage. I am also a transport broker and would be more than happy to get you a great rate on open or enclosed transport anywhere in the US. I also welcome overseas buyers.  Sit back and enjoy!!

As you will see in the pics this Royal Maroon Metallic ’69 Bronco has great eye appeal. This is a Bronco Sport which means it got the additional chrome trim around the windshield, window frames and hard top windows and the Sport Emblems. This one also has the body side moldings. Body panels appear to be all original with the fenders cut for fender flares at some point.  Previous owner bought it in 2018 and believes it only had 2-3 owners before him and was repainted about 25 years ago. The color was changed from the original Pebble Beige color and there are no signs of the original color that I could find. There are some dings, chips and paint blemishes along the body as you would expect from a Bronco that was driven and enjoyed and not a trailer queen. Small dents under the front grill that are barely noticeable.  In my opinion this is a great Bronco for someone who wants one to drive and enjoy and take to the local shows and cruise-ins. If you prefer a show truck it would not take much to get it there with a fresh paint job and minor details.  You can see the minor flaws in the video walk around tour. Previous owner installed a new black Rampage Soft top and kept the hard top stored in very nice condition.  He installed the hard top for transport to me in enclosed trailer.  Bumpers and trim all look great and we refreshed the gray painted grille and added a new set of Red FORD letters.

Complimenting the Royal Maroon Metallic exterior  is a very nice Parchment white interior. Original front bucket seats and original rear bench seat look great with barely any wear. Nicely updated with rear TBP (Toms Bronco Parts) Quarter Panel Inserts (for soft top), TBP Premium Charcoal Carpet Kit, TBP Full cab floorboard insulation kit, TBP Quarter panel and wheel well insulation kit, a RetroSound Huntington radio w/Bluetooth and dual coil direct fit dash speaker (no cutting of the dash with this installation!!). Added tach on the column and aftermarket Woodgrain steering wheel.  All Gauges work including both fuel tanks with auxiliary tank switch. Still has manual choke that works. Front and rear seat belts and a nice roll bar were installed. Some chips in the paint on the inner doors and small dent on top of inner drivers side door missing some paint.  Overall the interior looks great and has some great features

This Bronco runs and drives as good as it looks, if not better.  With 114,620 miles on it, the entire drivetrain was rebuilt and suspension, braking, steering upgraded nicely for a really fun driving experience. Original 302 V8 engine was professionally rebuilt to factory original specs by Engine Tech in Santa Maria with under 1000 miles on it. Engine upgrades include an Edelbrock Performer 289 intake, Edelbrock carburetor, Pertronix distributor and external coil, aluminum radiator, new water pump and silicone hoses with stainless clamps, and a 71 style factory air cleaner assembly to clear the 4 bbl carb. New auxiliary fuel tank and hoses installed and fuel gauge and under seat tank switch work properly. The 3-speed manual transmission on the column was re-sealed when engine was rebuilt and new clutch was installed. The Dana 20 transfer case was refinished and new 4×4 shifter and new Toms Bronco Parts (TBP) wheel hubs were installed. The Bronco runs and drives great at all speeds and 4WD system functions perfectly. The Bronco retains its original 4.11 LSD Ford 9-inch rear with original Dana 30, 4.10 gear front axle. Nice throaty tone from the dual exhaust.

The Bronco suspension has been upgraded with Tom’s Bronco Parts 2.5” premium suspension kit. Kit includes 2.5” lift front progressive rate coil springs, 2.5” lift rear 9-pack leaf springs w/bushings & U-bolts, 14 piece C-bushing kit , 7-degree C-bushings, track bar bushings & rear radius arm bushings, front & rear extended brake hoses, driver & passenger extended e-brake cables, Bilstein 5100 series 2.5” lift shocks. All bushings have been replaced, with new adjustable track bar and track bar bushings, and HD bump stops front and rear. The steering system was completely replaced with a new TBP power steering kit, new t-style steering linkage, upper/lower steering shaft, and wood grain steering wheel. The Brake system was upgraded with TBP premium 4-wheel power disc brakes kit. The Bronco sits on a set of Mickey Thompson Classic III polished 15 x10 wheels with BFG KO2’s (33×12 50R 15 LT) tires. Great tone from the dual flow master exhaust.  I have all the receipts for the work done by previous owner since 2018.

The undercarriage is very original with no rust on the underside of the body or frame. The original floor pans are super nice  and retain the factory applied red-oxide primer that show no signs of repair. I have a deluxe MARTI report and all of the original keys. This Bronco was driven on a regular basis by the previous owner and only has about 1000 miles on it since the engine and suspension work were completed.

Be sure to watch the video to hear this Bronco start up and running!
