Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer,
an ex-Wagonmaster SJ finished in the desirable shade of Dark Baltic
Blue Metallic over Sand interior with only 64,000 original miles.
Under present Georgia ownership for the past 11 years. Clean CarFax
with no accidents and consistent mileage entries. Paint and
woodgrain present very nicely; body is straight and largely solid,
aside from some minor rust down low on the rear wheel arches. Very
solid floors and rockers with no known rust issues. Factory 15-inch
alloy wheels are wearing whitewall tires. Good original bumpers,
grille, trim and roof rack.
Interior remains in excellent original condition with very clean
seat upholstery, carpets, door panel, and headliner. There is light
patina on the driver's seat and steering wheel, but no major wear,
damage or stains to note. All gauges, lights and indicators are
working properly, as is the A/C. An Alpine AM/FM/CD stereo with
USB, aux input and Bluetooth has been installed in the dash. This
truck is otherwise completely stock.
Under the hood is an AMC 360 cubic inch V8 mated to a TorqueFlite
727 automatic transmission (plus four-wheel drive of course).
Service under present ownership has included front brakes, belts,
hoses, a new muffler and a new radiator; the most recent oil
service was just completed in November 2025. The Jeep Grand
Wagoneer was the best appointed and most comfortable SUV of its
era, loaded with options like power steering, power brakes, power
windows, power seats and air conditioning. Indeed, it's one of the
few trucks of the 1980s that's actually comfortable enough for
daily use. This example looks great and runs and drives well.
