This 1967 Ford Fairlane 500 XL custom coupe is powered by a 429ci
V8 paired with a built C6 automatic transmission. Features a
Strange 9-inch rear end equipped with Tom's axles, a locking
differential and Wilwood rear disc brakes. Exhaust exits through a
custom system with Borla stainless-steel mufflers. Cooling is
handled by an aluminum radiator with an electric fan. It is
equipped with aluminum Ford Cobra Jet heads, Comp Cams valvetrain
components, roller rockers, a Milodon oil pan and a Fluidampr
harmonic balancer. Fuel delivery is managed by a Holley Sniper
fuel-injection system with a Holley HyperSpark distributor and MSD
digital ignition box. Chassis and suspension upgrades include rack
& pinion steering, coilover suspension, front sway bar and subframe
connectors. Additional updates include a new fuel tank, new carpet
and new door panels. Rides on new American Racing wheels wrapped in
Mickey Thompson tires and is equipped with a tilt steering wheel.
This Fairlane combines classic muscle car styling with modern
