This custom 1969 Chevrolet Camaro is powered by a supercharged LSA
V8 engine mated to a 6L90 6-speed automatic transmission. The
engine features extensive Texas Speed upgrades, including a .660
dual spring kit, titanium retainers, valve seat and seal kit,
Manton rocker kit, LS3 Stage 1 supercharger camshaft, chromoly
pushrods, reinforced intercooler, Lingenfelter isolator coupling,
Griptec 2.45 pulley and hub, 100mm idler, Romac LSA balancer, 9.55
blower ring and 95-pound injectors. Additional components include
remote coils, a Concept One pulley system, custom core support with
aluminum radiator, air-conditioning condenser and intercooler.
Custom headers with integrated mufflers feed a stainless exhaust
system. Power is delivered to a Ford 9-inch posi-traction rear end
with an aluminum center section and supported by frame connectors.
The car is equipped with Wilwood four-wheel power disc brakes,
tubular control arms, specialty wipers, air conditioning, a custom
hood lock system and full interior sound-deadening. The interior is
finished in factory-style houndstooth with digital gauges and a
Flaming River tilt steering column.
