This 1938 Cadillac Series 75 V8 Convertible Sedan with Division is
powered by a correct rebuilt 346ci V8 engine paired with a 3-speed
manual transmission. The powertrain remains configured for original
driving characteristics consistent with Series 75 specifications.
The chassis is fitted with factory-style suspension components
designed for touring use. Stopping is handled by factory braking
components. Exterior features include a bare-metal respray in the
original black finish, a replacement tan canvas soft-top, replated
chrome wheel covers and Firestone wide whitewall bias-ply tires.
Interior features include a largely original gray leather interior
with original carpeting, wood interior trim, factory dashboard and
instrumentation, a functional division window operated by manual
handle, an integrated cigar lighter and a Fleetwood clock located
at the division window area. Additional features include
coach-built Series 75 configuration and documented production
limited to 58 examples. Vehicle has issue with fuel delivery
system, and the seller agrees to pay for repairs post sale.
