427ci V8 engine built by Titus Performance of Maryland, equipped
with CHI SV heads, CHI 3V aluminum intake, Holley 850 Double Pumper
carburetor, MSD distributor, serpentine-belt system, Hooker headers
and custom dual exhaust with polished MagnaFlow mufflers. Power is
delivered through a Ford C6 automatic transmission with reverse
valve body, stall converter, deep aluminum pan and shatter shield,
paired with a 9-inch limited-slip rear end using Speedway Motors
axles and an aluminum driveshaft. The car is finished in bright
Tangerine over custom Saddle Tan leather interior with a custom
roll bar. Equipment includes Vintage Air climate control, power
windows, Sport Comp gauges, XM-capable CD stereo, tilt steering
column and a shaved engine compartment with hand-painted
pinstriping. Chassis components include tubular control arms,
coilover shocks, power rack-and-pinion steering and Wilwood 4-wheel
disc brakes. The vehicle rides on Weld wheels with 315/60R15 Mickey
Thompson rear tires. Documentation includes detailed blueprints of
the custom-built frame and body. Originally a California car.
