This custom 1965 Mercury Cyclone is powered by a Ford 302ci crate
V8 engine with a Demon 4-barrel carburetor, polished high-rise
intake, Mallory ignition and a March serpentine pulley system,
backed by a 3-speed automatic transmission shifted through a
B&M floor shifter in a custom center console. Cooling is
upgraded with a Be Cool aluminum radiator, electric fans and an
auxiliary transmission cooler, and the engine bay is clean and
well-detailed for reliability-focused use. The car is refinished in
red with a fiberglass cowl-induction hood, custom striping, bright
chrome trim, Cragar SS chrome wheels and BFGoodrich tires, with the
body, exterior trim, underside and frame noted in the appraisal as
being in "Very Good to Excellent" condition. The custom white
interior features upgraded upholstery and panels, Vintage Air
climate control, VDO gauges, a Sun Super II tachometer and a
Pioneer CD stereo concealed in the glovebox to preserve the dash
appearance.
