This 1963 Chevrolet Nova II station wagon is powered by an upgraded
350ci Vortec V8 engine backed by a 700R4 automatic transmission
with overdrive, replacing the original straight-6 engine and
automatic drivetrain. Engine upgrades include an Edelbrock intake
manifold and carburetor, aluminum Edelbrock finned air cleaner,
Hooker shorty headers, dual exhaust, an electric fuel pump and an
aluminum high-performance radiator. Chassis and braking
improvements include front disc brakes and a Ford 9-inch rear end.
The interior has been updated with a Grant wood-rimmed steering
wheel, added gauges including temperature, oil pressure, alternator
and tachometer, along with a new headliner and carpet, and
reupholstered front and rear seats. This wagon rides on 15-inch
Chevrolet Rally chrome wheels fitted with four Falken tires
installed on May 21, 2024, with approximately 250 miles on the
tires since installation.
