This 1979 Datsun 280ZX is powered by a 2.8-liter L28E SOHC
fuel-injected inline-6 engine factory rated at 135hp and 144 ft/lbs
of torque, paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission. Kept under
the care of the original owner's family until it was acquired in
2025 by the prior owner, this example has been meticulously
maintained with subsequent work, including a blue and silver
repaint, a rebuilt air-conditioning compressor in 2025 and
replacement of the ignition switch. Exterior features include a
front spoiler, vented hood, rear window wiper, power-adjustable
side mirrors and a power antenna. It rides on silver-finished
14-inch aluminum alloy wheels recently fitted with BFGoodrich
Radial T/A tires, and stopping power is provided by power-assisted
disc brakes at all four corners. The cabin is fitted with bucket
seats trimmed in blue cloth with gray vinyl sides, along with
matching door panels and amenities such as power windows, cruise
control, rear-window defroster, AM/FM stereo and air conditioning.
Instrumentation includes a 130-mph speedometer, 7,000-rpm
tachometer, fuel and coolant temperature readouts, an analog quartz
clock atop the center stack and auxiliary gauges for oil pressure
