This four-wheel-drive 1968 Chevrolet K10 factory short-bed custom
pickup is powered by a 402ci big-block Chevrolet V8 engine equipped
with Holley Sniper fuel injection. It is paired with an NV4500
5-speed manual transmission with an NP205 transfer case. Additional
mechanical features include power steering, power front disc brakes
and a relocated under-bed fuel tank. The truck rides on a 4-inch
Rough Country suspension lift and is fitted with 15x10 Mickey
Thompson slotted mag wheels wrapped in 35x12.50 BFGoodrich K02
tires. Exhaust exits through a dual 2.5-inch mandrel-bent
Flowmaster system. Finished in Cobalt Blue with a Linen White
two-tone exterior in a basecoat/clearcoat finish, the body has been
color-sanded and polished. Exterior highlights include the
desirable big-back-window cab and the correct 1968 front-end
styling. The restored interior features black upholstery with blue
plaid inserts, matching door panels, a Sure-Grip steering wheel and
an overhead-mounted stereo console. The underbody has been
Raptor-lined for sound and heat control. The engine bay presents a
period-correct appearance with a Chevrolet Orange big-block engine
and a dual-snorkel air cleaner assembly.
