This custom 1950 Chevrolet 3100 five-window pickup is powered by a blueprinted LS3 V8 engine from Hot Rod Co paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. The engine is equipped with a mild camshaft, FiTech electronic fuel injection with pressure regulator, ceramic spark plug wires, K&N air intake and CVF accessory drive compressor. Electrical integration is handled by a Painless wiring harness with a core support from Bitchin' Products. The truck is built on a Heidts chassis and was designed and constructed by AZAD in Chino Valley, AZ, as the first example in the Advanced Design Chevrolet Trucks series by AZAD. The chassis features modern suspension components and sound and heat insulation applied throughout the cab, wheel wells and bed sides. Stopping is handled by power-assisted braking components.
