This 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 fastback was restored over a two-year
period and has less than 5,000 miles since completion. It is
powered by a rebuilt 351ci M-code 4-barrel V8 engine paired with a
FMX SelectShift automatic transmission and optional axle ratio.
This Mustang is equipped with factory front disc brakes and power
steering, and finished in red with a factory-ordered Shaker hood
and factory black hood stripe. The body was completely disassembled
during the restoration and then restored. All the brightwork,
glass, emblems and attachments were restored and reassembled. It
also features a white interior with factory 3W-code white vinyl
Mach 1 bucket seats and an AM radio. The interior was completely
removed from the car and restored, including every dash piece, door
equipment and wood-grain decor. This Mustang was built in San Jose,
CA, and sold new at Superior Motors in Taber, Alberta, Canada.
