You are looking at a very late 1939 Ford Deluxe Coupe project car that has the 5 on 5 inch wheel bolt pattern instead of the huge bolt pattern that the 36 through earlier 39 Fords had. The body is pretty solid with very little rust in the floors. It has a very nice Banjo Steering wheel. It comes with a 39 Ford 2 door sedan parts car to get the front end off of. This will make a good street rod or rat rod. I feel that my price of $3500 is very realistic for both of these classic vehicle projects like these are with the potential that these vehicles have.
