This 1975 Volkswagen 23-Window Microbus re-creation with a Type II
Deluxe Kombi configuration is powered by a factory-original 1500cc
4-cylinder engine producing 65hp, paired with a 4-speed manual
transmission. The drivetrain has been fully rebuilt as part of a
comprehensive restoration, along with the suspension, steering, and
braking systems, using new genuine Volkswagen components. The
electrical system has been converted to a 12-volt configuration.
The body was restored by hand and finished in Lotus White and
Diamond Blue two-tone paint. Exterior features include a split
windshield with chrome safari-style opening front windows, a large
retractable panoramic canvas sunroof, painted steel wheels with
wide rims, original-style German chrome Volkswagen hubcaps, front
and rear luggage racks, and a retractable steel and wood ladder.
The interior has been fully refurbished and features restored
seating for nine passengers with new foam and springs,
reupholstered in eco-friendly Ivory White and beige vinyl leather
with standard Volkswagen stitching, along with matching door panels
and headliner. A Revival-brand steering wheel is fitted. This
vehicle was restored by A&J Revival in Brazil and has been
signed by senior Volkswagen do Brasil executives and project
representatives.
