This 1982 Porsche 930 Turbo is powered by a turbocharged 3.3-liter
flat-6 engine equipped with a single KKK turbocharger and an
intercooler, producing a factory-rated 300hp and paired with the
Turbo-specific 4-speed manual transmission that sends power to the
rear wheels. The drivetrain remains largely stock, with updates
limited to a replacement wastegate and the addition of a boost
controller. The exhaust system follows factory 930 configuration,
and the chassis is fitted with Turbo-specific suspension components
designed to manage increased power output and accommodate wider
wheels and tires. Braking is handled by Porsche's factory
high-performance disc brake system developed specifically for the
930. The exterior is finished in black and features Turbo-only
widened front and rear fenders, a fixed rear whaletail spoiler and
upgraded 18-inch Fuchs-style wheels that replace the original
factory wheel size. The interior is finished in black and includes
factory sport seats, a power sliding sunroof, factory air
conditioning, power accessories and a factory Blaupunkt stereo
system.
