This 1932 Ford 3-Window Custom Coupe is an original Ford
steel-bodied California Deuce restored by Gene Hetland of
Deuceheaven using period-correct hot-rod components. Power is
provided by a 1940s-era 239ci Flathead V8 engine equipped with
Edelbrock cylinder heads, an Edelbrock intake manifold and dual
Stromberg carburetors with rear-facing scoops, backed by a
period-correct Ford 3-speed manual transmission. The car is fitted
with dual exhaust and rides on a dropped front axle that
contributes to its traditional raked stance. Stopping power is
provided by upgraded hydraulic brakes. The exterior retains the
factory 3-window configuration with suicide doors and a functional
rumble seat and is finished in black with twin taillights,
accessory cowl lamps, front and rear bumpers, and 16-inch wheels
fitted with Firestone Deluxe Champion whitewall tires and
Ford-script hubcaps. The interior is finished in tan broadcloth
with matching carpeting and features a wood-grain dashboard,
wood-grain garnish moldings and a 1936 Ford banjo steering wheel.
