RESTORED This is one of the most sought after muscle cars! This
1970 Chevelle is wearing an original color, Cortez Silver with
black stripes running down the Cowl Induction hood and trunk! The
body is clean and straight. All lines and gaps fit nicely. It
appears to have all factory sheet metal. The doors close like they
were new. The paint has a nice smooth and glossy finish. The front
grill, emblem, headlight bezels and front bumper look great. The
stainless trim is polished and straight. The rear bumper, SS pad
and tail light lenses are very nice. The glass is tinted and in
good condition. The door jambs are painted and glossy. All the
weather stripping is like new. It sits on a set of 14x7 factory
style SS wheels with a new set of 225/70/14 BFG T/A radial tires.
The black interior really pops up against the Silver exterior and
it is in excellent shape! It sports a factory bench seat with the
correct Muncie 4 speed shifter and correct two piece black shift
knob sticking out of the floor sporting the correct bezel and boot.
It features the optional tach and gauges, clock, factory 3 spoke
Comfort Grip steering wheel and a tilt steering column. The Vintage
A/C and heater controls all operate smoothly. It has a retro style
factory AM/FM radio. The dash pad is in good shape. The carpet,
sill plates and door panels are all in nice shape as well. It also
features GM front and rear seat belts. The engine compartment is
clean and complete! It has a GM crate 454 ci engine that runs very
strong! It features an Edelbrock 4 barrel aluminum intake manifold
with dual feed Holley carburetor and correct fuel line. It also has
factory exhaust manifolds and factory chrome valve covers, Cowl
Induction cleaner, 4 core radiator, correct fan shroud and fan and
Vintage A/C that blows cold. It also features GM hoses with correct
tower clamps. Everything is nice and correct. The trunk is super
clean. It appears to be all original metal. The trunk pan has been
resprayed in its original color of spatter paint. It also has a
spare tire, jack assembly and trunk mat. The undercarriage is as
clean as the top side! The bottom of the engine is clean and the
Muncie 4 speed manual transmission is clean as well. The original
floors have been painted the same as the exterior color. There is a
F-41 suspension which includes sway bars, boxed in control arms and
front disc brakes. It has a dual exhaust system with factory style
cowbell tips running out the back, new fuel tank with new straps
and sending unit, 12-bolt posi rear end with 3:31 gears. The
E-brake assembly looks good and working. The 1970 Chevelle SS is
