This 1984 Ford F-250 XLT is a really clean, very nice Bullnose that
spent its life in the Pacific NW. The last owner said the miles
were original but we have no way to prove it. Based on how clean
the truck is we tend to believe they are. The last owner of this
truck kept it well maintained and did quite a bit of work to it.
The body on this truck is clean and straight. It was repainted at
some point in its original color of Light Canyon Red. The paint
looks great and we would consider this a very nice driver for
somebody. All of the chrome and trim appear to be original and
looks very nice. The underside of this truck is very clean and you
would expect from a Pacific NW vehicle. We found no rust issues
with this F250.
The interior is also in nice condition. The seat, carpet, door
panels, dash, and dash bezel are all original and still very nice
which also supports the original miles claim. The headlights,
taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The
gauges all work. This truck has tilt wheel and factory cruise but
the cruise is not working. The horn, heat, and windshield wipers
work. Both fuel tanks work. This truck does have an aftermarket
stereo and it is working.
Mechanically this truck is great and it runs and drives wonderful.
The engine is the original 5.8L 351 Windsor V8 that runs strong
with no issues or red flags that we found. The previous owner
rebuilt the engine and added and Edelbrock aluminum intake,
Edelbrock AVS 4 Barrel carb, HEI Ignition, and headers with custom
exhaust. Recent service includes new belts, new hoses, fresh
tune-up, new starter, and new water-pump. It also has new shocks,
new sway bar links, and a new front fuel tank. The transmission is
the np435 4 speed Manual that shifts great with a strong clutch. It
is mated to the Borg Warner transfer case and the 4WD works like it
should. The rear axle is the Ford 10.25 with 4.10 gears. The front
axle is the dana 44 TTB with 4.10 gears. This is all sitting and a
newer style Steel Wheel with new 305/70/17 All terrain Tires.
We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and
accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures
