LaFontaine Classic Cars is excited to offer this special 1970 Boss
302! Restored in its original color combination Pastel Blue (N)
over Medium Blue interior in 2010 and mechanically enhanced by the
previous enthusiastowner from 2021-2025!This car hadaggressive
styling right from the factory with its optional shaker hood, front
and rear spoilers, and the black out treatment on the hood, rear
decklid, and tail panel! Now that has only been heightened with a
killer stance coming from the recently fitted QA1 adjustable
suspension and the 17"" Mag 500 Style wheels by Legendary!
Power comes from a date-correct Boss 302 engine that has been
stroked to 331cubic inches! The engine has been fitted with MSD
electronic ignition and Holley Sniper EFI to increase power and
dependability! After spending an afternoon on the dyno this V8 is
fast revving and crisp in all rpm ranges when hot or cold and is
ready to hop on the next power tour! this stroker motor sings a
beautifulsong through Hooker headers which run into an X-pipe which
feeda set of Hooker Mufflers that lead into the rear exiting tail
pipes! Just in case you want to open it up at a moment's notice and
go fr4om mild to wild! Electronic push button cut out valves have
been fitted to the mid section of this exhaust with neatv-banded
turn downs. The factory W-code 4.30 rear gearout back is badass and
the 9inch housing even wears its originalaxle tag! We all wish we
could shake the hand of the gentleman that ordered this Boss back
in the day. With that tall gear we can get from A to B in a hurry,
but with the goal of still being able to drive this car to get the
groceries the right call was made and it nowhas a Tremec 5-Speed
with a hydraulic clutch making it comfortable tocruise at
higherspeeds.
Looking inside you will see the interior is in a beautiful and
mostly stock restored condition, the woodgrain 3-spoke wheel frames
the stock gauges and the current odometershows 59k which is said to
be indicativeof the cars original chassis miles while there has
only been 3k miles put on the recent updates. The originalRadio has
been replaced with a Retro Style head unit, and the Headlights have
been upgraded with Holley Retrobright LED lamps. Retains the
factory style but gains all the function of modern tech.
The underside of this car is clean and free of any rust or patch
panels. Its coated in the factory red oxide primer and shows better
than most cars of its age!
