This 1980 Triumph TR8 convertible is powered by a rebuilt 3.5-liter
V8 engine upgraded with a high-performance camshaft, aluminum
intake manifold, Holley 4-barrel carburetor and coated headers,
mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. Mechanical updates include
a new exhaust system and new 15-inch wheels and tires. Finished in
gold with a matching gold interior, this car features its
era-correct Alpine stereo and standard TR8 equipment, including
power-assisted brakes and rack & pinion steering. Only
approximately 2,750 TR8s were produced for the U.S. and Canadian
markets. 62,000 miles (title reads exempt).
