This custom 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air 2-door post is powered by a
410ci small-block engine equipped with a Demon carburetor and built
by Shaver Racing Engines in Torrance, CA. The engine is paired with
a custom-built 700R4 automatic transmission with a 2,500-stall
converter. Additional mechanical features include coated shortie
headers feeding a full Flowmaster exhaust system and a Buick Grand
National differential narrowed 2 inches per side with
posi-traction. The vehicle received a full frame-off restoration
and is equipped with an AccuAir air suspension system installed by
West Coast Customs, with the frame notched to achieve proper ride
height and self-adjusting capability. It rides on custom-made
20-inch Detroit Steel smoothie wheels wrapped in whitewall tires.
The custom white interior includes a formed bench seat with
armrests and Dakota Digital gauges.
