This 1954 Volkswagen Beetle Custom Sliding Ragtop underwent a
professional body-off rotisserie restoration. This early
oval-window ragtop Bug is powered by a 2275cc 4-cylinder engine
paired with a rebuilt 4-speed manual transmission. It is finished
in gray/blue basecoat/clearcoat paint. The exterior features
semaphore turn signals, a three-fold cloth-covered sunroof, 911
Porsche-style headlights and mirrors with all new trim and rubber.
The interior is all new, with TMI black and plaid seats and panels.
Other interior features include a tilt steering column, Hull's
recliner passenger seat, and all-new glass with pop-out side
windows. It has a fully detailed frame and pan, all-new chrome, a
new 12-volt electrical system, and an all-new braking system with
five new BRM wheels and tires. The build was finished in 2025, with
only test miles driven since.
