INTRODUCTION: Stunning! Wow, what exotic body lines with an
incredible factory color combination. Only 32,550 actual miles and
it has been refreshed to look new. This was Cadillac's personal
luxury car combining the spirit of a performance car with comforts
of a luxury car.
EXTERIOR: The formal roof, mile long hood, razor edge lines and
hideaway headlights really give this car a unique one of a kind
look. It was given a one time, professional repaint in its original
stunning Sable Black. It is polished like a literal mirror, you can
read a newspaper in its reflection. The body is straight as a rifle
barrel The bumpers alone were $5,750 at Paul's Chrome! The white
vinyl top was replaced and check out the V shapes rear window. The
dual stripe whitewall tires are another nice touch and they are
wrapped around its original hubcaps.
INTERIOR: Wow, the white interior really pops off the black
exterior! It is actually all original and in very well kept
condition. The seats are genuine leather and look great considering
they are 57 years old! The original door panels look great and
notice the door handles for the rear passengers. The dash area is
also very well preserved, the ashtray is the size of today's
gloveboxes! There's no hump on the floor! That is because it is
front wheel drive and it has nice carpet along with its original
Cadillac floor mats. The original white headliner and visors still
look great too. It is loaded up with features too: climate control
that works, tilt-telescopic wheel, Am-Fm radio, strato bench seat
with armrest, rear defrost, power windows, seat, trunk, locks and
antenna.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: That big 472 making 375 HP and 525 lbs of
torque is this cars #s matching motor! It is still very authentic
with nothing modified or changed and has been serviced as needed.
The air conditioning has been recently serviced. Other features
include power steering, power brakes, and tri-note horns. It is
very nice looking too with some careful detailing having been
done.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The power trunk release works properly, under
the trunk lid and the jamb is glossy. The weatherstrip is soft,
inside the complete liner including the side panels looks great. It
has an original tire for a spare and a complete jack assembly, all
properly in place.
UNDERSIDE: It looks different than what we are used to because it's
front wheel drive, there is no drive shaft or typical rear end! The
big flat floor pans are rock solid, the original sound deadener was
dusted with some black paint and looks great. The factory type dual
exhaust system goes into a muffler and then through a new single
resonator. It has disc brakes up front, drum in back and the
e-brake is hooked up. Looking up at the motor, transmission and
front wheel drive system it is certainly unique. It is clean and
that's a T425 automatic.
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we
built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and
hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car
we sell.
CONCLUSION: This is one of those cars that speaks for itself, you
can't compare to others because they aren't this car! I'm around
thousands of collector cars and this one blew me away. When it
arrived in Volo everyone felt just as excited including my father,
the founder of our museum. If you feel the same way don't
hesitate,there won't be another one!
For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the
highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide
is my professional opinion based on my experience with these
vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a
personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always
available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is
to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase
the car and share our team's insights. **Our cars are displayed
within a museum setting. If you are interested in a specific
vehicle, please schedule an appointment with a salesperson to view
it. Without an appointment, there is an admission fee to enter the
showroom. If you decide to purchase a car, your admission will be
refunded, and you'll receive a one-year museum membership.
