Outlaw. A 356 Outlaw encompasses bespoke modifications, sometimes
subtle and sometimes outrageous using Porsche period parts to
modify both the cosmetics and mechanicals to produce a true one of
a kind Porsche. This 356 has been fully restored and documented by
marque specialist Gary Kempton of GK Restorations, no stone was
left unturned and over $300,000.00 was spent over a two-year period
to achieve this absolutely stunning outlaw. Paint, Body, Chassis
and Mechanically were all restored and upgraded to produce a true
one of kind Porsche. The engine is a 1.95 liter 190hp 4 cylinder
engine, commissioned to be built by Curt Zitza of Zotz Racing. As
per Zitza it has been built with only the best components
available: SCAT Porsche sized crankshaft, Carillo connecting rods,
Performance camshaft, Porsche twin plug ported helicopter heads,
Electromotive fuel injection, Electromotive complete ignition
system with all having been tuned on a Stuska engine dyno. The
engine along with the gearbox 3rd & 4th gear ratios
delivers 911 performance whilst fully maintaining the beauty of a
356 Convertible D and its drivability both around town as well as
at speed. Additional upgrades include: 12 volt electrical
conversion, Disc brake conversion, Fuel Cell, twin front mounted
oil coolers, accusump oil system, Nardi wooden steering wheel, fog
lamps and sport exhaust system. Included with this 356A Convertible
D Outlaw is its original engine and parts, Porsche Certificate of
authenticity, large history folder, spare wheel and factory jack.
