1974 Dodge Dart Swinger For Sale
Fresh from a full restoration, this 1974 Dodge Dart has been
rebuilt from the ground up with attention to both mechanical
reliability and interior comfort. It's powered by the Super Six 225
slant-six, a durable engine known for smooth operation, and paired
with a rebuilt Torqueflite 3-speed automatic. The rear end has been
rebuilt as well, and the car now runs through long-tube headers and
true dual exhaust, giving the slant-six a crisper tone. A 3.55 gear
ratio helps the Dart feel more responsive around town.
The braking system has been fully refreshed with front discs, rear
drums, a new brake booster, master cylinder, and all new brake
lines. Vintage Air air conditioning has been added for reliable
modern cooling. The exterior was refinished in fresh paint,
complemented by all-new weatherstripping and newly polished or
replaced chrome and trim pieces.
Inside, the restoration continues with Dynamat sound deadening
throughout the cabin, new carpet, a new headliner, and brand-new
seats. The instrument cluster has been updated with a carbon-fiber
style backing and a full set of AutoMeter gauges for fuel, amps,
water temperature, oil pressure, tachometer, and speedometer. A
vintage-style modern AM/FM radio with a digital display provides
period-correct looks with current functionality.
This Dart is a fully renewed example that blends classic Mopar
style with thoughtful upgrades and a complete mechanical
overhaul.
