PLEASE CONTACT US TO SEE THE CARFAX ON THIS VEHICLE. Black/Red
exterior, Black leather interior. NOM 5.3L LS engine, 4 speed
automatic overdrive transmission. Features include power steering,
power 4 wheel disc brakes, CD stereo. Like drawing a massive crowd
wherever you go? Look no further than this custom '66 TV style
Batmobile! This head turner was completed in California by Mark
Towle (whom you may know from the Netflix series Car Masters: Rust
to Riches) at Gotham Garage in 2006, and was built on a 1985
Corvette with a stretched frame using a Butts body mold made from
the original TV car. This tribute is said to be one of the most
accurate Batmobiles out there, and features many of the same
gadgets as see on the show, including a simulated rear turbine
engine (powered by propane), working light bar, front chain cutter,
and many of the interior gadgets as well, including the iconic
Batphone. Additionally, unlike most other Batmobiles that have been
built as just a shell to be trailered to shows and events, this car
actually runs and drives, and has been driven all over the country
for events and promotions. Correct Radir wheels are in place just
like the ones used on the show, Gauges consist of an AutoMeter
speedometer (hidden), and voltmeter/oil pressure gauge/water temp
gauges are mounted on the transmission tunnel. A CD stereo is
hidden in the dashboard as well, and dashboard has been signed by
both Burt Ward and Adam West, who rode shotgun in this exact car
for the 2012 Dragon Con parade, and commented that it was exactly
like the TV car. Under the hood is an iron block 5.3L LS engine,
with added aluminum radiator and electric fans. Subframe is
corrosion-free. Call us today to bring home this show stopping '66
