This 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD LT is a 1 Owner truck, a crew cab,
a short box, and it is powered with the 6.6L Duramax Diesel engine.
This is a really clean truck that spent its life in California. The
owner of this truck added some cool upgrades and did some light
towing with it, but it was used mostly for driving and looking
cool. The body on this truck is clean and straight. The Dark Spiral
Gray Metallic paint still looks excellent and is mostly original.
The fender flares were professionally repainted from some fading
and the hood was also repainted from some stone chips. All of the
original trim and moldings are nice. The underside of the truck is
clean and we found no rust issues with this vehicle.
The interior is also nice. This is an LT so it has the leather
interior. The front seats show the typical GM leather wear bit no
rips or tears. The heated seats are also not working which is a
common issue for this era of truck because the seat heating
elements short out over time. The rest of the interior is in great
condition including carpet, headliner, door panels, dash, and dash
bezel. The headlights, taillights, brake lights, and turn signals
are all working. The gauges all work. The power seats and power
mirrors work. This truck has tilt wheel and working cruise control.
The power windows and power locks work. The horn and windshield
wipers work and the heat and AC are also working.
Mechanically this truck is excellent!! It starts easy and runs and
drives great!! The engine is the 6.6L LB7 Duramax Diesel that runs
strong with no issues or red flags that we found. It is totally
stock with the exception of a banks ram Air intake and a muffler
delete. The injectors were done 2X: Once under Warranty early in
its life (verified by GM Dealer) and again in the last year or so
(the owner did not supply us with a receipt for the 2nd time but he
said they were Bosch Injectors). It has the Allison 100 5 Speed
Automatic Transmission that shifts great. The transfer case is the
263XP and the 4WD works like it should. The rear axle is the AAM
11.5 with 3.73 gears and a factory limited slip. He did add an
aluminum after market diff cover. The front axle is the IFS with
3.73 gears. This truck has a 6 Inch lift that was professionally
installed and done right to make it drive like factory. It is a
Fabtech Lift that is turned down to help with the ride and it also
has the fabtech traction bars. It really does ride nice. This is
all sitting on a cool set of centerline Aluminum Wheels with BFG
All terrain Tires size 315/75/16. Awesome Truck!!
