This 1960 Chevrolet Corvette custom convertible is powered by a new
6.2-liter V8 engine producing 540hp, backed by a GM 6L80E 6-speed
automatic transmission. The engine features a polished sheet-metal
intake, Coffman Corvette script valve covers, power steering,
boosted brakes, an actuated hood and a smoothed, polished engine
bay. The Coffman Corvette chassis is powder-coated in Accent Silver
and fitted with complete Corvette C7 suspension, including
independent rear suspension and multi-position adjustable coilovers
for ride-height tuning. Braking is handled by C7 components with
slotted rotors. Schott C10 polished/silver ceramic 19x8 wheels
wrapped in Diamond Back performance white-line tires complete the
stance. The body was stripped to fiberglass and refinished in a
custom green, which is a modern interpretation of Cascade Green
Metallic, and it is fitted with new glass, chrome, weatherstripping
and trim. A new Coffman soft-top complements the luxury custom
Cream interior, which features contoured seating, Vintage Air
climate control, Dakota Digital gauges, power windows, power
steering, power hood, remote battery cutoff and a modern stereo
with wireless iPhone/Android connectivity.
