a street rod with a stroked 360 engine expanded to a 408 cubic inch
displacement, paired with a four-speed manual transmission, geared
for highway cruising. Holley four-barrel carburetor and Edelbrock
intake manifold, headers, aluminum radiator, and electric coolling
fans. It includes modern conveniences such as power steering,
four-wheel disc brakes, and air ride suspension. This chop top has
a matte black hood and roof contrasting with a medium green
metallic body, complemented by American Racing five-spoke matte
black wheels and radial tires. At the front end, custom headlights
with integrated turn signals. The build emphasizes clean, tasteful
modifications, including frenched-in taillights, shaved door
handles with remote poppers, and a mini-tub style rear end. Inside,
the interior is richly appointed with a chocolate or saddle brown
and black color scheme, featuring power windows, suicide doors,
aftermarket Autometer gauges, a Jensen stereo system, and controls
for vintage air conditioning and air ride suspension. Please note,
at certain ride heights the front tires may rub in tight turns. The
trunk area houses an onboard air compressor, air tank, and a
relocated battery, with practical features such as a manual trunk
release and battery shut off concealed behind a folding license
plate. In the trunk are the fuel fill, and a button that will pop
the drivers door, if you did not use the fob. The car also comes
with documentation and miscellaneous receipts supporting the build
quality. On the road the car's strong, smooth performance and
responsive handling are highlighted.
