This 1984 Chevrolet K10 custom short-bed pickup is powered by a Gen
5 5.3-liter LT V8 engine paired with a 6L80 automatic transmission
and an NP208 transfer case. The engine bay features a Holley
mid-mount serpentine front-drive system, a smoothed layout accented
by Slosh Tubz and a custom air intake, with cooling handled by a
new Johnson's radiator and dual electric fans. Built by Hill's Hot
Rods, this truck received a full frame-off build, with the body
stripped to bare metal and reworked before being finished in PPG
basecoat/clearcoat Cacti Green with Pure White accents. The
exterior is completed with all-new clear glass, Steele Rubber
seals, chrome and side trim from LMC Truck. The chassis, finished
in gloss black, incorporates new brake lines, fuel lines and body
bushings, and rides on 17-inch Raceline Defender wheels wrapped in
35-inch Toyo Open Country M/T tires. Suspension components include
an Offroad Design Soft Ride 4-inch lift, Fox shocks and crossover
steering, and the underside is fully Raptor-lined and
sound-deadened. Inside, a custom Snowden seat is wrapped in
RoadWire leather, and Hill's Hot Rods and JD Glassworks installed a
full Kicker audio system. The dash houses Dakota Digital RTX gauges
and a Gen 5 Vintage Air climate-control system. The bed is finished
with BedWood's RetroLiner in its Phantom finish.
