This very handsome MGB GT was owned and enjoyed by an avid MG
enthusiast. Having driven the Roadster car for years, he purchased
the GT for winter events after experiencing the challenge of a soft
top car (an age related decision). Upon purchasing the car he went
to "THE BEST" on the North American shores for an engine rebuild
and tuning, University Motors and John Twist. Any longtime MGB
owner can tell the excellence that University Motors brings to the
performance of the 4 cyl engine ,the car is very strong and pulls
hard and tight. The car shifts smoothly with working OVERDRIVE .Oil
pressure stays high , engine runs cool. Suspension bushings have
all been refreshed and make for a tight drive .The exhaust is a new
Stainless Steel example. The car shows no signs of rust or accident
history.
The cosmetics are exactly like you are reviewing with the pictures.
Paint is excellent, bright work is excellent, interior is
excellent, with nice leather seats, tight door cards, good carpets
and headliner. Gauges are crisp and clean, all gauges work as
designed. The dash is in good order with no cracks or warping.
