I purchased this car two years ago from the estate of a collector in Florida. I believe the Lincoln had a frame off restoration in 2012. The Chrome and bright work is beautiful, the interior looks near new, the white convertible top is in beautiful condition. When the car was restored, The underside was painted the correct clay color as opposed to most restorations which are typically just black. Only 3,676 Premier convertibles were built in 1957 making this car quite rare. At that time I purchased the car, it had been sitting in storage for a number of years. I had the Lincoln ship directly to my mechanic and had him go through the car thoroughly. He did a complete service and safety inspection. I told him to do everything that was needed to make the car dependable. I spent under $4,000 (repair receipts included) by the time he had finished. The Lincoln runs and drives amazing. In the last two years I've taken it to a number of car shows. This car is so rare that until people walk up close to it, they typically don't even know what it is. It's unlikely, that you'll ever see another one at a car show. I have a small collection of classic 1950s and '60s convertibles and have decided to sell a few. This car is a mid-century rolling work of art.
