1983 Datsun 280ZX Turbo Slick Top - a fully built JDM restomod and
the second Pandem widebody ZX completed by the builder. The project
started with a straight, rust-free chassis and received a full
strip-down, windows-out repaint in brilliant charcoal metallic with
gloss and satin black accents. The authentic Pandem Japan kit was
professionally installed. Interior features black/gray trim, a
perfect dash, suede headliner, plush ZX floor mats, cold A/C, and
rare Renoma x Recaro seats with limited-production fabric. The
digital dash, polished steering wheel, and matching eight-ball
shifter complete the period-correct 1980s vibe. Kenwood/JL Audio
sound system. Low-mileage L28 turbo engine upgraded larger turbo,
ported/polished head and intake, custom downpipe and 3' DEI-wrapped
exhaust, intercooler setup, Greddy BOV, Protunerz fuel system,
Microtech LT-10 management, and MSD ignition. A rebuilt World Class
T5 with aluminum flywheel, Stage 2 Centerforce clutch, and
short-throw shifter puts power down. Dyno tuned at 10 psi: 288 hp /
367 lb-ft, built to handle ~18 psi (400+ hp potential). Brakes
include Vogtland springs, KYB shocks, Energy Suspension bushings,
Technotoy strut bar, drilled rotors, and stainless lines. Wheels
are OEM turbo snowflakes converted to custom 3-piece 17x11/17x12,
wrapped in Nitto NT555 (255/40 & 315/35). Important Information -
