This two-owner 2008 Ford Shelby GT/SC Mustang Barrett-Jackson
Edition convertible is powered by a 4.6-liter supercharged engine
producing approximately 550hp, according to Shelby American, and is
mated to a 5-speed manual transmission featuring a Hurst
short-throw shifter and 3.55 gears. It was sent to Shelby American
to receive the Shelby GT/SC Package, including a Whipple
supercharger, high-flow exhaust system with X-pipe crossover, Ford
Racing Handling Package, special tuned dampers, unique sway bars,
and oversized Shelby disc brakes with cross-drilled rotors and red
6-piston front calipers. It features 18-inch Black Shelby alloy
wheels, a Shelby Cobra roadster hood scoop, Shaker 500 audio
system, AM/FM satellite radio and navigation system. The ride
height was dropped. In 2008, approximately 100 Barrett-Jackson
Shelby GTs were produced, and 39 of those were convertibles. This
car is one of 10 produced with a manual transmission. It has full
front PPF, including rocker panels and stripes. The exterior is
finished in black with a Barrett-Jackson Red Le Mans hood and side
stripes and was recently cut-buffed. The interior is black with
Barrett-Jackson Edition door sill plates, Shelby gauge pod, Shelby
GT serial number plate and special gas cap insert. This example was
sold only through Arizona regional Ford dealers and debuted in
November 2008 at the Arizona International Auto Show. This is a
fully documented car with all the original buyer's paperwork,
Shelby receipts, shipping documentation and Certificate of
Authenticity, and is listed in the official Shelby Registry. The
