GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this gorgeous, high quality
build, 1964 Chevrolet Nova restomod. The car is presented in two
tone Malibu Sunset with Silver Sand Metallic exterior paint over a
highly trimmed tan leather / leatherette interior. Power comes from
a professionally prepared small block Chevy V8 mated to a 3 speed
turbo 350 transmission and rear wheel drive. This Nova is well
equipped with Rack-n-Pinion steering, ride tech coilover
suspension, aluminum radiator with electric fan, dual master
cylinder, Edelbrock 4 barrel carb and intake, Lokar shifter
linkage, Painless wiring harness and electrical system, headers,
Flomaster dual exhaust, chromed custom wheels, low profile tires,
custom smoothed firewall and inner fenders, etc.
The fully custom interior features high quality custom leather /
leatherette seats, door panels, headliner and sail panels, custom
center console; painted dash, custom radio delete face plate,
custom fabricated door handles and window cranks, upgraded steering
column, classic custom 3 spoke wheel, glove box mounted auxiliary
gauges, square weave tan carpet etc. The interior is gorgeous in
all areas. The exterior body and paint is excellent. The body lines
are extremely straight and all panels exhibit great fit. The paint
is outstanding and remains deep and glossy. All metal fabrication
and custom appointments to the car are done to the highest of
standards.
The car was custom built by Pagano Rod and Customs of Rancho
Cordova CA with great attention to detail and completed estimated
in 2010. We acquired the car as a long time hold as a private
collection show piece. Today, the car remains in stunning condition
especially given the age of the restoration. Mechanically, the car
fires right up, has a great sound and drives out very well.
Early Chevy II's represent the beginning of the Muscle / Pony car
era and are a prime target for car builders to exercise their
craft. The car here is a quality build and offered at a fraction of
the cost of doing it yourself. It is ready for a new day.
The car came to us on a Salvaged California title, "stolen
recovery" is the reason we were told. The car is being sold on a
Michigan salvage / rebuilt title.*
