and now powered by a true 427 side-oiler big-block bored to 460
cubic inches, equipped with aluminum heads and high-quality
internal components, producing an estimated 710 HP. The engine
build includes a Comp roller cam, Dove roller rockers, and an 850
Holley carburetor, delivering exceptional throttle response and
top-end power. That performance is backed by a built C6 automatic
transmission with a stall converter setup designed to handle the
output, paired with a Ford 9-inch Posi rear end for reliable
traction. This is a real factory GTA that started life with a 390
and has been professionally upgraded into a serious high-horsepower
street machine.. Repainted in Ford Tropical Turquoise with correct
GTA white striping, the car presents with excellent shine and
straight body lines, sitting on American Racing wheels for the
proper stance. The interior retains its correct GTA look with
reupholstered bucket seats, console, clean trim, and no major
tears. Underneath, the Fairlane features a detailed and painted
silver-and-black undercarriage and a 2.5-inch Flowmaster dual
exhaust system that delivers an aggressive muscle-car tone. Chrome
work was refinished by Bright Metalworks, and the quality
