Almost all car enthusiasts have fantasized about owning a beautiful
old-school hot rod at some point in their lives. The reason most
don't follow through is that the time commitment and the constant
trial-and-error are often far too daunting. That's why when a car
like this 1933 Ford 3-Window Coupe Street Rod comes along, it's
worth taking some time to see how much effort and time have been
invested in it for you, no work required. With its full Orange
Flame repaint, upgraded tri-bar headlights, unique side flame
waves, and classic suicide doors, this vibrant coupe is sure to
turn heads wherever it goes.
Inside, we find a beautifully appointed and fully custom tan
leather interior. A Budnik custom billet steering wheel sits atop a
matching tilt column. Just beyond that wheel sits a digital readout
for the Wild Card electronic fuel injection system, while in the
center-dash, we find a trick Dakota Digital gauge cluster. A custom
center console, home to the floor-mounted Lokar shifter, completes
the look. What you don't see right away are the window buttons, nor
the hidden AM/FM/CD sound system, nor the fully finished trunk and
included briefcase. Finally, the addition of air conditioning puts
a bow on this custom cozy cabin, making it a dream to drive near or
far.
Prop open that steel hood, and you're treated to a clean and full
engine bay featuring a 350 cubic-inch Ram Jet V-8 engine that
utilizes the aforementioned EFI on the intake side, while a set of
shorty headers eliminates spent gases via a dual exhaust capped off
with Xcelerator mufflers. That power is routed through a 700R4
three-speed automatic transmission before being sent out to the
nine-inch rear end which transfers those ponies to the pavement via
a set of staggered chrome five-spoke rims measuring 16 inches up
front and 17 inches in the rear.
