Description:
This 1989 Ford Mustang LX is a Special Service Package (SSP) notchback that was initially used by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and later moved to Texas and Florida, where it was acquired by the current owner in 2023. It is powered by a 302ci V8 linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a Traction-Lok rear axle, and the Notchback body is finished in black with dark gray lettering on the decklid and bodysides. Equipment includes 15? steel wheels, Flowmaster mufflers, a Decatur radar speed sensor, an ICOM radio, front and rear light bars, blue cabin upholstery, a Pioneer head unit, and air conditioning.

Interior:
The two-spoke steering wheel frames a certified calibrated 160-mph speedometer along with a tachometer and readouts for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The front bucket seats and rear bench are trimmed in blue cloth, and a rubber mat lines the driver's footwell.

Exterior:
The car has been refinished in black with dark gray lettering on the doors and decklid. Light bars are mounted behind the windshield and on the rear parcel shelf, and additional equipment includes twin antennas, slash-cut exhaust finishers, and black window trim.

Drivetrain:
The five-speed manual transmission is linked with a Traction-Lok rear axle. The 302ci V8 was factory rated at 225 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque.
