This 1959 Cadillac Series 62 custom pickup nicknamed "Cadimino" is
powered by an all-new 6.2-liter aluminum LT1 crate V8 engine paired
with a 4L80 Connect and Cruise automatic transmission. This custom
pickup represents a unique fusion of Cadillac design and period GM
craftsmanship and was originally built in late 1959 using a
combination of a two-door Cadillac and a 1959 Chevrolet small
back-window pickup. It was acquired from the prior owner of
approximately 50 years and has received a multi-year restoration.
The engine is dressed with a CVF billet serpentine system and
engine management is handled by factory GM E-Rod computers with GM
calibration. The Aeromotive PWM-controlled fuel pump ensures modern
fuel delivery, while the car breathes through a 2.5-inch custom
exhaust system. Cooling is provided by a custom Ron Davis radiator,
and cabin comfort is maintained by Restomod Air heat and air
conditioning. Stopping power comes from Wilwood four-wheel disc
brakes. The stance is fully adjustable thanks to a custom Airlift
air-ride suspension that allows the car to lay completely on the
ground, complemented by custom Raceline billet wheels (20-inch
front and 22-inch rear). Inside, the cabin is fully reimagined with
Relicate premium leather, handcrafted to provide both
period-correct luxury and contemporary refinement. A Hertz audio
system adds premium modern sound. The car is finished in House of
Kolor Kandy Red with Glasurit clearcoat. All chrome components were
triple-plated, restoring their brilliance to better-than-new
condition. Included with the sale are photos of the original car
and the restoration process, documenting its transformation and
authenticity. **TITLED AS 1959 CADI DEVILLE**
