This 1953 Chevrolet 3100 Series truck originally rolled off the
Detroit assembly line as a popcorn and cotton candy utility
vehicle. It has been completely renovated and updated to meet
current California Health Code specifications. Power comes from its
rebuilt 235ci straight-6-cylinder engine paired with a rebuilt
4-speed manual transmission. A new Onan generator with a dedicated
battery system can power the entire unit or connect to external
power. The truck features an upgraded electrical system with a
breaker panel, dual roof exhaust fans, a rear fire exit and serving
access from both sides. The cabin includes a driver's seat and jump
seat, with new glass framed in oak. The interior is outfitted with
a popcorn machine, caramel nut machine, cotton candy machine,
caramel corn setup and a retro refrigerator.
